The quality of our work is tested and judged every minute of every day, by builders, developers, architects, authorities, current occupants and all who follow. Applying that realisation to every job has stood us in good stead for five decades.  

As well as having pride in our work, over time we have developed a practical and highly effective quality assurance system that complies with the relevant Australian standards and is the basis for quality control plans that are prepared for each project.

A key aspect of these plans is defect minimisation and rectification, involving robust procedures including witness testing, hydraulic testing, and pressure testing. 

We have invested in sophisticated project management tools, including an integrated on-line system that provides a global view of key aspects of all our projects, enabling timely and cost-effective planning of resources, equipment and materials.  

Quality is also a driver of our employee training, which goes further than teaching plumbing skills and builds confidence in areas such as understanding costs, creating efficiencies, eliminating waste, effecting smooth workflow, achieving excellence, and questioning how things are done, all with the aim of fostering leadership and innovation.
