Staying safe

The health and safety of our employees and contractors and everyone who visits our offices and worksites is a priority that’s embedded in the way we do business – every day.

Our work procedures and systems comply with all relevant OH&S Acts, regulations, codes of practice and established reference standards, and each project team holds the relevant licences and are appropriately qualified and trained for the work to be undertaken.

An OH&S plan is prepared for each project and includes safe work method statements and risk assessments for all work, checklists of major safety controls, checklists for plant and equipment inspections, necessary insurances, and requirements for weekly toolbox meetings and adherence to safety consultative processes on site.

Our concern for employee wellbeing extends to workplace relations and is reflected in the registered enterprise agreement we have in place, which is compliant with regulations including Building Code 2013.

We comply with all the relevant environmental Acts, codes, guidelines, standards and regulations, including the preparation of an environmental and waste minimisation plan for each project.
